About Me
I believe that massage provides a sacred space for healing. I am honored to accompany my clients in their healing process to gently guide them back to their natural state of health and vitality.
I discovered the power of bodywork after a traumatic car accident. With bodywork, I was able to heal not only my physical injuries but my emotional pain as well. The work inspired me to learn and share those skills with others who needed help on their journey to wellbeing.
I graduated from Oregon School of Massage Therapy with a focus on Eastern modalities and received my certification in Shiatsu. I have studied Integrative Body Work through M.E.T.A (Mindful Experiential Therapy Approaches) and incorporate this holistic and emotionally inclusive bodywork into all my sessions. I am continually fueling my passion for learning and massage by taking classes and learning new skills and techniques that will better assist my clients. Some of those classes include Reiki, Lomi Lomi, Myofascial Release, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Raindrop Therapy, and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
I also serve as a Teacher's Assistant at Oregon School of Massage and I am inspired by students and being a part of their growth and learning process.
When I'm not in the studio I'm most often out in my garden, hiking in the Gorge, or planning my next National Park adventure.
I look forward to learning about you and the goals you have for yourself. Together, we can create a session that supports you on your journey to health and happiness.
